I used to deal with confidence issues myself. Not the kind people always notice from the outside, the kind that sits underneath everything and makes you talk yourself out of things before you even try.

What changed wasn't a switch flipping overnight. It was learning to believe in myself, to go harder when it got uncomfortable, to go longer when I wanted to quit, and to actually ask for help instead of pretending I didn't need it.

That's the whole reason Bestirgo exists. If you're standing at the door right now, too intimidated to walk in, I've been exactly where you are. I built this to be the coach in your corner who won't let you talk yourself out of starting.
